What is Holysteller's exchange policy for different sizes or colors?

Each art pieces is uniquely crafted upon order. This means we cannot accommodate returns or exchanges if a customer makes an incorrect choice in size, color, or if they change their mind after purchase.

Nevertheless, if a art piece arrives damaged or there's a manufacturing error, Holysteller commits to providing a free replacement or a refund. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your product to address the issue. To expedite your request, send us email and include a clear photo of the defect.
