Please allow 1–3 business days to process your order. Once your order is ready for delivery, you will receive a confirmation email with real-time tracking information. Orders are not shipped on weekends or U.S. public holidays.
What does in-stock, made-to-order, and shipping later mean?
In Stock
An in-stock item is currently in our facility and ready to be shipped to its new home. In-stock items usually ship within 1–2 business days from the date of purchase.
For in-stock engraved or monogrammed pieces, additional time is needed for personalization. These orders typically ship within 7 business days from the purchase date.
Made To Order
Made-to-order items are crafted specially for you after your order is placed, which means they may take a bit more time to process. Please check the estimated shipping date shown on the product page so you can plan accordingly.
Please note: estimated shipping dates are not guaranteed and may fluctuate depending on production timelines. If there is a delay in dispatching your order, we will contact you with an update.
Shipping Later
If an item is marked as shipping later, it means the item is not ready to ship immediately and will be dispatched based on the estimated shipping timeline provided on the product page or during checkout.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to select countries, including the United States of America and Canada.
Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO boxes, parcel lockers, APO or FPO addresses, or freight forwarding companies.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur, especially during peak seasons, holidays, or customs processing. Once a package is shipped, Holysteller is not responsible for courier delays.

Gift card purchases are not eligible for Klarna payment. Please use a different payment method at checkout.
